Daniel Popa, pe cale să promoveze cu Genclerbirligi

Daniel Popa, jucător român în vârstă de 29 de ani, are un sezon deosebit la echipa turcă Genclerbirligi. Conform damboviteanul.com, fostul atacant al Chindiei se află aproape de promovarea în prima ligă turcă.

În weekendul trecut, Popa a fost eroul echipei sale, contribuind decisiv la victoria cu 1-0 împotriva celor de la Sakaryaspor. Jucătorul a marcat singurul gol al meciului în minutul 39, demonstrând încă o dată abilitățile sale de atacant.

După acest succes, Genclerbirligi ocupă locul doi în liga secundă din Turcia, având acum 65 de puncte. Echipa se află la patru puncte în spatele liderului Kocaelispor, care a reușit promovarea matematică.

Pentru Daniel Popa, aceasta reprezintă al treilea meci consecutiv în care înscrie, ajungând astfel la un total de 6 goluri în cele 14 meciuri disputate pentru Genclerbirligi.

Transferat în iarna aceasta de la FCSB, Popa continuă să impresioneze cu performanțele sale de pe teren.
